a happy worker is the best worker and the majority of the people I work with are unhappy they only stay because of the free cash they get in march every year (dangling a carrot) bad it system, no fairness across the whole site , some management don't deserve to be managers as they only got where they are because of their face fits you have more experienced and better mannered partners or staff as some partners have been told on the warehouse floor, the so called managers think they are better than everyone else but they do not respect or show any gratitude to the actual partners that do the work I personally think that the company could save a load of money but not having as many managers as they have got
