Pros

The pay isn’t bad. The PTO policies are good. The insurance isn’t bad. Some of the managers are really great.

Cons

The company does not value its customers nor its entry level employees. I’ve had 4 separate managers over my 2 years here. I’ve been transferred to another department without my consent. Every time I start making headway into trying to grow and advance within the company, I get moved and all of the progress I’ve made is immediately erased. Some of the managers are not supportive and are only worried about meeting their SLA.
