the job was alright. the pay is way too low for an entry level job. if the pay wasn’t extremely low I would’ve stayed. the union benefits are amazing and you get free products.
Cons
the machines constantly break down due to old age. when you request a mechanic to check out the machine issue they constantly give you attitude like it’s your fault when it’s not. no career progression. constantly was stuck on one machine and never got cross trained to try something new.
