Pros
Jobing has a great reputation in the HR community. You will meet many hiring managers and influential people in the business community as you go about your day to day responsibilities. Jobing.com is one of the best job board products out there.
Cons
Management is completely disrespectful to employees. It is customary for Senior Management to drop F bombs on a daily basis if the numbers aren't met. You are expected to work 12 to 14 hour days and if you bring it up you are told, "maybe this isn't the job for you." The pay is dreadful. Most sales staff don't even earn $40k a year including commissions.
