Senior management is super protected and rarely takes accountability about anything in the company. Have no real plans or idea on how to grow the company.
You will not progress in your career at all , or will your salary will not raise more then 5% , even after a few years. So my advice it come to Jobcloud if you are a Junior and want something to learn and leave after 2 years or if you are a Senior developer and want less pressure (usually) compared to some other companies. Don't come if you plan to grow, be promoted or expect your career to progress, low performers will not get a raise, ultra high performers will get 1%, 2% or nothing at all as well, it's just not worth it to invest your energy. All in all, "fake" career ladder and salary brackets (you will need to perform on a grade above your level for 2-3 years before they decide to promote you).
Also there is a fear of extra (few hidden during last 2 years) layoffs after Migration and new org structure next year.
