Not focusing on the process efficiency as long as you can pump out more work by working anyhow and checking more boxes.
Don't care even if you leave, the middle management is quite causal about people leaving jobs.
If you speak up about something and the Team Leader doesn't like it you may get in trouble/lose the job anytime irrespective of the merit of your argument.
