Pros
Good people in the field that want to do a good job and make a difference.
Cons
If not into being micromanaged, this is not the place for you! People in operations, in the Midwest at least, are in way over their head. This company is only concerned about going public for their big-name investors, so the only focus is sales and your leads, so they will drive you into the ground to produce. So many meetings throughout the day and week it interferes in your activity yet expected to hit unrealistic growth goals! The push was so hard for sales and my leads, operations was never a focus and never afforded the time to focus on correcting operational deficiencies. When you report to someone that has not had the experience and success that you have had, it can create a hostile work environment. We were pushing a technology that was yet proven to be successful.
