Pros

Great environment and great colleagues

Cons

The organizational chart is upside down. People in high-ranked positions, in charge of the correct management of the company and defining the strategy, are the ones who know less about this business. You just need to know someone to have a nice position (and salary), and it doesn't matter if you're doing a good or a bad job because no one cares, there is a lot of investor's cash to burn. And what do these people have to do to pretend they are doing their job? Question everything, just ask and comment as much as you can, pretending that you know something. It is really sad to see a company like this, with so much potential, being destroyed by the incompetence of some people.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
