Pros

- You try to work with some of the smartest minds in tech - The CEO has a very clear vision for the organisation which helps in identifying the right values and applying it for critical decision making - The culture of the organisation is very chill. With more focus on ownership and empowerment. If you really want to get something done, the leadership will help you spearhead the effort. - Every voice every opinion is heard and valued. - Your skills and pairing towards Jiva are valued more than the number of years you have worked

Cons

- Being operationally heavy, the value of shorter feedback loops and iterative delivery is a bit hard to echo with the operations team.(understandably so) But I can see it changing slowly and steadily - if you are a person who needs to be told exactly what their job is and demand there being a structure to everything, this place probably isn’t for you. Jiva is a startup, we’re still discovering ourself.
