Pros

-If your a newly grad it might be a good place to get exposure. -You will learn how NOT to run a company. -Camaraderie with other employees with regards to the incompetence of management. -Free bagels one morning a week and a happy hour maybe every few months. -If you need a job desperately this would be a good place to hold you over for a bit and gain some experience.

Cons

-Incompetent and egotistical management that intends on micromanaging employees because that is the only way they know how to do it. -No remote No flex schedules and frequent morning meetings that accomplish nothing. -No tools for you to do your job properly because company does not want to spend the money. -Directors playing politics with staff. -Management is either aloof or micromanaging, no vision or long term strategy to inspire employees. -No training or workforce education budget whatsoever. -You are considered "the help", not apart of anything long term with the company. -Internal promotion is non-existent. A revolving door with disgruntled employees leaving. -Company culture consists of complaining about management.

Pros

I started out as an marketing and sales intern at Jinfonet Software in 2014. I quickly got to know everyone in the company, and to appreciate the family-feel of the company. It is great when you can find a company that seems to actually care about you and where you want your career to go, especially as I was only an intern. After graduating, I moved to Maryland and worked full-time as a Marketing Coordinator, and then as a Marketing Manager. In total, I was at Jinfonet for about a year and a half. I ended up leaving the company because I missed my hometown - Seattle. I would definitely recommend working for Jinfonet. As far as I could tell, they make you feel like you are a part of the family and every person's role is important. It is important to note you could walk a few feet and talk to the CEO or VP of Sales, whose doors were always open. I also believe they have a truly good product, which is necessary for the foundation of a software company, and many analysts have written so.

Cons

I like to collaborate with a larger team and learn from others, and the marketing team at Jinfonet was rather small, only three people including me. In addition, there were not as many young people. Some salespeople were in their late 20s or early 30s, but the majority of employees were older than that.
