My experience working here was deeply disappointing due to ongoing issues with management, communication, and workplace standards. There was a consistent lack of support, professionalism, and accountability. Concerns about stocking, cleanliness, and shift expectations were often addressed unfairly, with blame placed inconsistently rather than focusing on actual team-wide operational issues. Communication from management often felt dismissive and corrective without balanced guidance or recognition of effort. Expectations were heavily enforced on some employees while larger ongoing problems were overlooked. This created an unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable work environment. I take pride in maintaining standards and doing my job responsibly, which is why it was frustrating to experience what felt like unequal treatment and poor leadership practices. A healthy workplace should involve fairness, proper communication, and team accountability at every level, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope this review encourages improvements in management approach, employee treatment, and overall operational consistency.
