Able to get fake criminal history certificates for people without criminal history certificates. Able to upgrade non native English speakers with no degrees and no criminal history certificates form a Tourist Visa to a Z English Teaching Visa
Cons
Refuses to allow teachers to transfer to another company after they have completed their contract. During the Covid lockdowns when all the schools were closed and teachers couldn't work Jilin Injoy Education reluctantly agreed to pay teachers 500 Yuan (less than $U.S 75) a month to survive. That's barely enough for instant noodles.
