Pros
There are no pros. No one should work at Jiffy.
Cons
Where to start? This “company” will get you in the door by telling you the financial future is bright and the technology is cutting-edge, and nothing could be further from the truth. Jiffy is desperately trying to keep its head above water amid a torrent of departing employees (the majority of whom stay less than 6 months), dashed plans (there are no roadmaps or OKRs), rickety technology (site goes down all the time), and leadership abuse (cannot say the things that were said for fear of legal retribution). Leadership thinks they can use AI for every single aspect of work and abdicates real responsibility. They have no respect for individuals and the expertise they bring. The smartest and most accomplished employees leave usually within weeks because they discover leadership is not interested in anyone’s opinion but their own. The narcissism is malignant. Jiffy is so universally hated that every single employee is talking behind leadership’s back on non-monitored channels. Notice I said “non-monitored.” Welcome to North Korea: Jiffy will review your slack messages and AI notes from video calls, and doesn’t hesitate to fire dissenters. It’s a pathetic state of affairs.
