Less of a con but you need to be hardworking to succed here as all the team are.

You have an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that has shown no signs of stopping its rapid expansion and growth. Great group of people with a lot of potential. Everybody works really hard and seems really invested in making this a great company. As with any small business, Jexet has its churn as it has expanded rapidly over the last few years. With that churn comes a little chaos and a lot of missing structure. Some people may be used to more rigid foundation of business process and may feel overwhelmed with the lack of direction that comes with having to help build a company as rapidly as it expands. This lack of both process and standards aggressively separates engaged and focused employees from people less so, and is important to consider when seeking a position at this organization. You will not find hand holding, compartmentalized roles and responsibilities, and accountability enforced by rigid process. Flexible, self starters that are looking to grow as quickly as we are will do well here.
