There is a lot written about growth and how "growing pains" can be a real thing for any company, it can feel painful (hence the term) at times and change/evolution is hard - it can get uncomfortable along the way. We have a great group of associates who work hard and care about our customers, they come to work each day and do the right thing - this cannot be taught and we are fortunate. The evolution becomes easier to adjust to in time. Leadership is extremely open to feedback and ready/willing to discuss and improve how we work with our customers and the market and we encourage all associates to use the open door policy created by management to share constructive ideas and suggestions to continue to help the company grow and improve in any way we can.

Pros

Very proud of our reputation, clients truly love us and rave about our service and quality. Exciting and a little scary that company is changing technology and processes so fast, actually evolving because our new CEO is very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and obviously very passionate about being more than a great payroll company wanting and already adding much more focus on HR ("HCM" as he says) - based on what I've heard and read about his track record the company has a lot of growth and opportunity ahead and that is very exciting to think about.

Cons

Unknown and so many changes, feels like it's happening so fast and we haven't moved this fast traditionally. We don't really know what is going on in our payments business at JetPay, it's very much separated, we are all part of one company so it would be nice to know more and have more shared.
