8yThere is a lot written about growth and how "growing pains" can be a real thing for any company, it can feel painful (hence the term) at times and change/evolution is hard - it can get uncomfortable along the way. We have a great group of associates who work hard and care about our customers, they come to work each day and do the right thing - this cannot be taught and we are fortunate. The evolution becomes easier to adjust to in time. Leadership is extremely open to feedback and ready/willing to discuss and improve how we work with our customers and the market and we encourage all associates to use the open door policy created by management to share constructive ideas and suggestions to continue to help the company grow and improve in any way we can.
