Pros
Judging by my previous work experience, i would say Jetfuel has the best leaders. You are not afraid to approach anyone cause always listen to their employee's needs and problems and would always find a way to make the best solutions or at least meet them half way.They see your full potential and will train you to better in your career. Working remotely has been very convenient. You get to manage both your personal and professional life so you get the best of both worlds.
Cons
Since Jetfuel is quite young process and better planning still needs to be implemented but then everyone gets to help each other out which can also mold you into a better leader.
