- They are wondering why it’s failing but don’t seem to understand it all starts from the top.
- Zero transparency everything is hidden from employees as they dont want to get everyone scared.
- Scope creep is ridiculous here like not final designs can ever be made and no cut off point.
- Have no real future of a product the viability is not here with the current direction.
- Engineers are shamed when they give there input and told to just do they work.
