      Pros

      The company was constantly implementing new software and hardware to ensure that clients for JetRails receive the best of the best. Being a part of that was wonderful and exciting to see how quickly and efficiently we were keeping up to date with technology. Everyone was beyond friendly and always wanted to help if something was not understood.

      Cons

      They could give more PTO but they do let you carry over some days to the next year for 6 months.

      Pros

      JetRails is a company that wants to grow organically by taking care of customers and employees. It's great to work for and with people that are focused on providing phenomenal products and services.

      Cons

      We've outgrown our current office, and we don't move to our new bigger / better offices until next month.
