      Terrible Engineering culture, including skipped code reviews, rushed products with zero testing Integration with Walmart supposedly happening but invisible to non-director roles and seems half assed Countless useless meetings Office politics

      It's great to hear you had a good work life balance and enjoyed the great views in Hoboken. I can agree we've had a lot of changes which can stir up the culture, we do our very best to keep it positive.       Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
