      Some what of a start up feel

      Cons

      Health insurance is absolutely terrible. They make it near impossible to get certain things covered and are no help when looking for physician. Recent acquisition is not great, employees not being looked after.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
