I learned how to multitask and relate to people. Personally, I grew spiritually and emotionally. Working so close with God fearing people breeds inspiration.

At first, it was challenging balancing work and school, but like I stated up there, there was room for me to grow.

I got to work with some amazing people while some other staff had nasty attitudes.

Favoritism was common place. Leadership were rude and disrespectful. You get paid meager salaries and are worked to the bone. You do not get paid for working overtime hours and get blamed for issues that are caused by a lack of good leadership.
