There’s no pros to working with this company
Cons
This company shows a clear lack of commitment to both its employees and its own long-term growth. From the start, there is little to no investment in proper training, leaving employees to figure out their responsibilities with minimal guidance. Expectations are either poorly communicated or constantly shifting, which sets people up for failure rather than success. To make matters worse, the company requires unpaid “mandatory meetings,” showing a disregard for employees’ time and basic fairness. Being expected to attend work-related meetings without compensation only adds to the feeling that employees are not respected or valued. There are also concerning cultural and fairness issues within the workplace. There appears to be inconsistent enforcement of policies around speaking Spanish—some employees are discouraged or reprimanded for it under the justification that management cannot understand and left feeling uncomfortable, while others are allowed to do so without issue. This kind of uneven treatment creates the impression of favoritism and raises concerns about subtle bias in how rules are applied. What’s most concerning is how quickly the company is willing to let employees go. Instead of addressing gaps through coaching or development, they seem to treat employees as disposable. When someone struggles—often due to the company’s own lack of training—it becomes an excuse for termination rather than an opportunity to improve processes or support their team. A workplace that doesn’t prioritize growth, fairness, or stability ultimately creates a stressful and unproductive environment. Employees are left feeling undervalued, unsupported, and easily replaceable, which leads to high turnover and low morale. Overall, this is not a company that fosters development, consistency, or respect—and it shows in how they treat their people.
