7yI would like to answer to your cons.
1. Even MNC's like Infosys or Wipro has got employment agreement .. The employees have to understand the pain of training inconsistent performers to better ones.. I hope you are not in that category. Signing up a bond is beneficial for both employee and employer . The Employee will be still eligible for a appraisal cycle.
2. I am in this organization since last 8 months and I am seeing a very good culture between both the sexes .
3. You are working in the most confidential and critical projects which needs higher level of concentration. Hence mobile usage is restricted in your workstations. however you can use it in your break timings in the front office.
4. What is the reason to sit in toilet for more than 5 minutes... If you are not seen sitting in your work station , its not JRA , even google manager will search for you.
5. As the agreement says if you are not fulfilling the terms and conditions , you are supposed to pay 1 lakh as per the agreement. Post paying you will be getting the documents. I hope you have read the conditions before joining.
6. I guess answering to other questions will take more time for me and its a waste of energy for me as well. Hope you are not one among the terminated category based on the performance. All the best.
