      Cons

      Constantly understaffed, lots of toxicity in the workplace. This place is run more like MDs with their individual P&Ls with a junior resource pool rather than one collaborative team.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
