Pros
Entrepreneurial environment. I believe that a lot of the success that people achieve at Jefferies is due to the "seat" they are in/boss they have. If boss is willing to invest in you, great. If not, it's easy to get lost there.
Cons
Many people take individualistic approaches to their jobs; corporate culture lacking a true sense of teamwork. Encountered internal obstacles where people in other divisions would not respond to emails/phone calls. Overall lack of general business etiquette.
