Pros
Dynamic, aggressive company with an appetite to become a far bigger player in the investment banking world than they currently are. Some excellent members of staff with good knowledge of the business.
Cons
Sometimes stretch themselves in their desire to increase the size of their footprint without necessarily having the balance sheet to do so. The very senior management (US) sometimes do not like to seek advice of the "on the ground" people before making decisions on details. This can mean that time and effort is wasted.
