1. Positive outlook and ambition 2. Thrive to be the leader competing with much bigger companies (Ericsson, Cisco, Vodafone) 3. Mostly experienced workforce 4. Some greatly talented individual pulling off most of the good stuff 5. This is the biggest plus - It is completely focused on IoT industry which has enormous potential
Cons
1. Engineering leadership depends on mood swing of the managers. If you report to someone higher up the chain, he/she might simply not care for you enough unless he/she likes you at that moment. 2. Large part of the workforce is mediocre but experienced people who has become conversant with the system, and doing the daily drills without much thoughts while waiting to make money after IPO. Barely you will see brilliant ideas or cutting edge technologies. 3. Lack of planning for projects as well as employees - fire drills, lack of progression in individual's career. 4. Sudden fast growth has exposed much naivety and disorganization that management is trying hard to manage with not enough success. 5. Very tight release schedule affects quality of work, often! 6. Sometimes seniors / leaders exhibit a subtle but evident discrimination based on personal preference / where in you career you are placed.
