JO was such an amazing experience. The people there are all so positive, and everyone I worked with truly wanted to see me grow as a software developer and as a worker.

It's so silly but genuinely my only gripe is that there aren't many windows. Although, I know that this is a necessity for a printing company in order to protect the quality of the print.

Before the new ownership JO was a good place to work. They valued the employees.

New owners and top leadership has ruined what used to be a good company and team of employees. Top leadership and there new manager team has let go seasoned loyal employees to hire people with zero experience. Top leadership does not understand the print industry and will continue to gut and destroy a once gold standard print company.
