      Strong bonds between some co-workers, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Working with Global teams. Team members in Europe do not care about the JnJ Credo, they are biased towards everyone in the U.S.

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
