Many senior managers, are just swimming in the ocean, do not have sufficient scientific knowledge, rigour, motivation and are self sufficient, biased. Closed door science, not all team members will have any idea what is going on. Lacks inclusivity for many employees either hired by company or recruiting agencies. Hiring is based on biased approaches and dirty politics. Many directors lack efficiency, specific experience intellect, knowledge base, understanding and capabilities, especially those who have got hired due to some biased hiring managers.
