      very good pipeline and products, somewhat relaxed environment, you can never get fired (unless you really do a great problem)

      Cons

      difficult to grow, personal preference of senior management plays a big role in decision making, lobbying is there.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
