Pros
Decent pay, advancement, lower hours required for managers, vacation, bonuses. Has its own maintenence crew for most repairs. Quick hiring process.
Cons
Extremely stressful work enviroment. HQ does not set budgets correctly. Have to deal with steritech. Company expects optimum performance with minimal help. Arls do not follow thru with agreements. Stores run skeleton crews so no coverage is available when needed. Arls will never simply say good job, it is the mission to point something out no matter how small. Little work life balance. Arls are inconsistant.
