A great, collaborative culture in which everyone is happy to help their colleagues. The executive team is both driven to succeed and also nice, normal people who care about the well-being of their employees. The value that our client services team, including our facilitators, delivers to our clients is measurably excellent.

The sales training industry sometimes moves at light-speed, and things can feel overwhelming at times. However, I ALWAYS feel supported by my colleagues and the leadership team here at Janek. It can be hard to feel connected in an almost-completely remote organization. Janek's executive team helps mitigate this with in-person all-company kickoff events that I feel helped me and my colleagues make the transition from coworkers to friends.

Being a BDR here is fantastic. Expectations are clear and we have the freedom to do our jobs well with 0 micro managing from leadership. We are treated with respect and not looked at as less than like a lot of bdr's are at other companies. We are a tightknit team and our concerns and suggestions are always heard. I feel like what I am doing matters and is actively making a positive impact at the company.

Only potential con is the PTO structure, although remote work does make up for the lack of PTO at times.
