Such a wide-range of responsibilities in a short period of time. Really nice and hard-working people work there. Lots of discretion to work your way, so long as you get the job done!
Cons
Upper management can cause a bottleneck when it comes to getting your work approved. However, there are several younger managers who have great ideas on how to improve the current business process model.
