Pros

- Remote first - Good manager - Generally hire nice people - Generous PTO allowance - Good pay for the area - VTO offering - Medical/dental insurance - Good office with fun local events

Cons

- Unfair promotion cycles. They will cite it's "budget" reasons whilst your colleagues are on their second and third ones. Nothing to work off to stand a chance of being recognised when it's "budget". - Favouritism - Abysmal communication across the board - to the point where it stops you being able to do your job well, or in some cases, at all. - Sexism - sales is still a boys club despite the preach on equality. Formal complaints get you ostracised and there is no action or follow up. - Global business but US policies are blanket applied across the globe. Causes HUGE issues in local markets. - Senior leadership out of touch with the morale and culture - they don't take accountability. - Channel is a mess and has been for my whole tenure

Pros

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Cons

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Pros

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Cons

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
