We do value employee input to understand how we can learn and grow as a company, and where we may be falling short. As a high growth organization, we do recognize there has been some growing pains. We are committed to taking care of our team members, and are looking to address appropriate staffing levels, compensation, and making sure employees have a positive experience at Jamf. We know that the compensation landscape globally has shifted, and Jamf has a number of efforts currently underway to be able to retain our current talent as well as continue to recruit top talent in the industry. We take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of compensation and strive to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. It is important that we provide all employees in every part of the organization with the systems, tools, resources and accommodations they need to be productive and creative, and benefits and rewards to recognize their work.
