Half decent place for fresh grads or inexperienced to start working and gain some experience. Don't expect a rewarding career in this company.
Cons
Not worth it for anyone with few years of experience. The existing office in Richmond is a sad place. It has no heating, ventilation or air-conditioning, kitchen sink is often blocked, and the office is infested and rats and bugs. The management has no interest in fixing these problems. Their product is low quality. Their customers are leaving them for competition, and the management just blames it on the employees. Again, they have no interest in making their products better. They treat their employees with disrespect and insult them on a regular basis. Any one with an iota of self respect will not work for them at all.
