Jaipur Rugs is a home, the founder of NKC, whom we lovingly call Bhaishab treats us like a family. The best part of this organization is the inclusion, where no one is big or small, everyone is treated as equal, from the top management to us artisans, we are all looked at and loved equally! The Values of the founder and the management has always helped me reach towards my goals and aspiration. it was making us financially independent and I realize there is a lot of opportunities to learn too.
