      Pay salaries on time & gives family status French speakers get well recognised everyone working in the company can get a Chevrolet car

      Cons

      Lots of policies with less exposure to the procedures No experienced managers in top management family run business with lack on exposure to the market Too many cover ups in top management Looks like a profitable business only
