Pros
Judging by the rest of these reviews, it must really depend on the department you are in because I have not seen any of this negativity or even hostility that is referenced in these reviews. I think this is a pretty solid place to work. The culture here is pretty good, people seem happy and are helpful enough. Things are definitely results-driven but they should be for a publically held company. The CEO might be brash but only in the sense that he doesn't put up with nonsense - put up or shut up. I have no problems with that. Decent bonus potential is also nice and its based on a combination of personal and company goals.
Cons
Their 401K contribution is really pretty poor (50% match up to $2500/yr). Management can be a bit hit and miss, but I think most companies are like that.
