Pros
Work life balance is about as good as it can get for any company. Opportunities are available if you are proactive. Can work your way up or even cross to different fields. Moving to different locations is fairly easy, and so is the field of work you are in. Culture overall is really good.
Cons
Managers support is vital to success when it comes to safety. If they are not supportive you will be fighting an uphill battle. Sometimes the processes are too micromanaged which backfires in productivity.
