Jacobs allow you to move within the company for jobs opening that they have pretty easy the work scedule is flexiblie as well.
Cons
The pay isnt all that great, and sometimes if you are working at one of there off site ficlities and are doing a good job but want to move it can be hard in doing so, they hold on to good employees and make it hard to advance.
