Pros
1. Good work culture. 2. Good health benefits for employee and his/her parents. 3. Good personal/professional life balance. Sometimes there is a work pressure, but its fine. 4. Good company to start for freshers.
Cons
1. Provide very less package to employee compare to their competitors. 2. Less onsite opportunity. 3. Employee with 5-6yrs of exp. are still Software Engineer. 4. There are very few projects which allow to work from home.
