Pros
Great people to work with. Enjoy the work for the most part. Large company with the ability to work all over USA.
Cons
Benefits are very much lacking compared to peer group firms. Many layers of management I don't understand at all. HR, IT, Payroll is all outsourced to 3rd world countries. Absolute terrible service.
