Good Work Life Balance. People are good to work with. Work was initially quite interesting. Oportunities to work in different departments and different countries across the world.
Cons
Being discriminated for last couple of years. Management preach something else and practice something else. Wonder if Pasadena is aware of all these discrimination going on in Jacobs.
