Pros
- Project scale and exposure is great turn over, however, trust in senior leadership, engineers PRIDE and ownership in work can be limited and support various depending on your immediate team or project. I think that this comes from an increase in global workload and increase in new project uptake with 'segregated' teams specifically Admin Staff. People are unable to give more of their time to help
Cons
- Widespread lack in engineers PRIDE and ownership in work (calcs or reports) - Lack in trust in senior leadership, - undefined role and responsibilities or role creep with limited support (or unavailable support) - Cannot be myself at work and it is saddening and impacting my wider personal life. Some people have been expliciting rude and discouraging. Cannot 'bring my authentic self to work' like we used to say in my revious company. - Draining and constantly needing to 'defend' my valid questions for review time of the design - Lack of appreciation, support and recognistion (it is the clients who are thankful and ask Jacobs to provide more help TO me becuase they see the impact work and lack of support)
