      Talented people work there

      Cons

      The CEO talks to professional adults like they are peasants to him. His ego is so out of line that he can’t see how to run his company properly. There’s a lot of mischief going on and it’s encouraged by upper management. Everyone is disposable to this guy and with no legitimate reasoning. Asking employees to work on other marketing projects on weekends without pay.

      The only pro is that this agency once had many interesting clients.

      Cons

      The most corrupt and dishonest agency I have ever worked with -- and the highest turnover rate I have ever seen.
