The current bosses who have stepped in have made serious changes and positive shifts to the toxic past of previous executives. Everyone works as a team, the managers care and show appreciation and it feels a like we are working to create something special and big.

Still a lot of work to do and some money gets wasted, but hopefully technology changes that.
