Good sized company to work for, family run with plenty of opportunity for development.

Internal communication between departments not always the best.

Office pay is above average.

Office. The cheapest blue chairs – designed to offer no back support. A select few staff have stand-up desks, this is done by favouritism only and not offered to all office staff. Temperature – you either freeze or overheat. Only the directors’ offices have air-conditioning. Poor canteen / dining facilities. Over flowing fridge so food doesn’t stay cool, often surrounded by mouldy food. Chairs in the canteen belong in the skip! No decent space or resources for staff to relax at all. An old vending machine your money regular gets stuck in. Car park. Not enough spaces for starters, car knocks and scrapes are a weekly occurrence. Guaranteed to get a puncture as the car park is made up of 90% pot holes, but don’t worry the Porsche is parked safely at the building front. Car park is poorly light – surprised I didn’t break my leg just walking back to the car in the dark evenings.
