Staff is amazing, bonuses and some fun events.
Cons
IT Management is horrible. IT CIO & directors/mgrs. along with program analyst, gang up and try to intimated and bully you. IT CIO is the reason they are allowed to get away with it. HR Mgmt. is afraid to address IT CIO and is fully aware about his abusive behavior. Run as fast as you can.
